Angola: Telecommunication System for Elections to Be Handed in June

Sumbe — The telecommunications system that will support the electoral process in the country will be handed in June to the National Electoral Commission (CNE), announced Thursday in Wako Kung, Kwanza Sul Province, the minister of Post-Office and Telecommunications, Licínio Tavares.

"The project was especially established as a means of support to the electoral process and provide the CNE with the necessary means, so that the elections take place without problems in this domain", explained the minister who is carrying out a visit to this central province.
