Angola: Youths Urged to Change Attitude

Luanda — The director general of adult youths of the United Methodist Church of Angola, Gerónimo Miranda urged on Sunday here all Angolan youths to change their attitude and behaviour in civic moral aspects and prudence within the society.

According to the official this is one of the measures highlighting other resolutions from the 5th biennial conference of the referred religious entity, such as love to thy neighbour through deeds, visiting residences of people in need and taking material goods and counselling the needy.

His was expressed at the closing ceremony of the biThis was expressed at the closing ceremony of the biennial conference of adult youths of Kuanza Bengo that happened from May 23 to 25 under the topic "why God will receive you with his right hand and help you".

The event aimed at granting and analysing the activities carried out along the biennium by the local district administration, distributing and debate about issues included in the project.

The meeting was attended by 19 churches represented by two delegates each and by the respective directors.
