Uganda: Former LRA Commander Denied Bail

Gulu — The High Court in Gulu has denied a bail application by former Lords Resistance Army chief of operations Onen Kamdulu. The bail application was presented to the resident judge Remmy Kasule on Friday.

Kamdulu and four others were charged with aggravated robbery and have since been on remand at Gulu Central Prisons. The group was arrested last year for allegedly staging ambushes and robbing several people in Oyam District.
