Our discourse today may have a colloquial topic but the idea is that some illegalities have assumed some legal appearances due to conventions, practices and acceptance. The law must protect itself and the agents that enforce the law must rise up to their responsibilities and obligations under the law. An illegality is an act or position not supported by the law. Though this may not be coded, it still becomes illegal when considered alongside legal, moral and equitable remedies.
