Luanda — The writer António Gumbe will release on Friday here his book entitled "Resistance to Colonial Occupation in the south of Angola", ANGOP has learnt.
The work released by ArteViva publishers tells on the Portuguese occupation at the Va-Nyanekava-Nkumbi and Va-Ambo regions between 1850 and 1917.
The author is graduated in History by the Higher Institute of Education Sciences (ISCED), with the state-run Agostinho Neto University, an institution in which he works as a lecturer.
