Luanda — The second Forum on Real Estates, Urbanisation and Architecture in Angola and the Luanda Real Estates Exhibition will take place on Thursday and Friday, in this city, aiming at finding solutions to the problems of urbanisation in Angola.
The event is also intended to show the growing potential of the country's real estate sector, reads a press note released by the Executive Commission of the Angolan Social Forum and Polis Luanda, promoters of the event.
According to the press release this initiative comes to highlight the need to render a distinct and quality service and provide useful tools and gains for the real estates sector.
The event will debate matters like "Real estates and urban rearrangement", "The capital market commission and the real estate investment funds" and "Inspection and security of constructions", among others.
The forum, to happen in Talatona Conventions Centre, will also serve to present the first study on the real estates market in Luanda.
The first meeting on Real Estates, Urbanisation and Architecture in Angola, as well as the first Real Estates Exhibition in the country was held in 2007, in Luanda.
