Abdoulie Mansally and Sainey Nyassi will be playing in the inaugural edition of the CONCACAF Champions League with their MLS Club in august later this year.

New England Revolution made the berth in the maiden tournament following their finish as runner-up in the Major League Soccer Cup last season. The Revs will enter the competition in the qualifying stage and win will earn them a place in the group stage. "We are thrilled to participate in the CONCACAF Champions League," Revs General Manager Craig Tornberg said. "This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the Revolution.

"We're looking forward to this opportunity and bringing more world-class soccer to our area .We have the ability to match our team against the finest clubs in our region while battling for tremendous prestige on an international level", Tornberg added.
