Namibia: Diamond Workers Vow to Stay Put

Windhoek — EMPLOYEES suspended by the diamond polishing factory LLD have resorted to squatting under a tree at the roadside leading to the factory in Windhoek after the company issued a court order prohibiting them from being within 100 metres of the premises.

The employees have vowed to camp under the tree for as long as it takes the company to look into their issues.
