Nairobi — DT Dobie has refurbished its Nakuru showroom at a cost of Sh40 million as part of its campaign to improve services to its customers.

The showroom, which first opened its doors to the public in 1972, is aimed at reaching farmers and business people among other customers in Rift Valley Province.

"As our contribution to the revival of the economy after the post-election slump, the company will continue to improve on its high performance vehicles to help our customers back on to their feet," said Mr Zarak Khan, the firm's managing director. He was speaking in Nakuru during the official opening of the refurbished showroom, which he said had now met international standards.

Investment

The refurbishment is part of the company's investment campaign that has seen it spend more than Sh210 million to rehabilitate its showrooms in Mombasa and Nairobi.
