Justice MM Yamoa, on Tuesday, reassigned the appeal suit filed by Ebrima Viex Colley to the chief justice for onward transfer to Justice Naceesay Sallah-Wadda.
The reassignment of the appeal suit follows an appeal by the rest of the convicted MFDC rebels at the High Court.
The nine MFDC rebels were appealing against their conviction by Senior Magistrate Kayode Olajubutu of the Banjul Magistrates Court, on charges of terrorism and its related criminal activities in The Gambia.
Counsel Merley Wood, represented the state at the High Court.
