The final report of the national transition team set up by the All Peoples Congress (APC) government pinpointed the absence of clear leadership direction in the outgone Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) government, says Vice President Samuel Sam-Sumana.
While launching the 83-page publication yesterday at the State House, Sam-Sumana said it was shocking to note that there is general absence of leadership direction in SLPP.
