Lubango — Seventy six civic and electoral education agents started last Wednesday, in the southern Huíla province, an upgrading course on the voting process, which is being promoted by the region's Electoral Commission.
During five days, participants from the province's 14 districts will discuss issues on the structures and elements of ballot papers, blank and null votes and polling station.
"Ballot box and voting booth", "observation", "electoral police", are also part of the topics to be debated.
Legislative elections in Angola will take place next September 05, and over eight million voters are expected to participate in this polling event.
