Angola: Taekwando - Federation Board Seek Re-Election

The current Managing Board members of the Angolan Taekwando Federation will stand again as candidates for a four-year term, during the elections slated for next August, in Luanda, ANGOP has learnt from an official source.

The candidature is aimed at consolidating their projects, with highlight to staff training and the spread of this sport countrywide, said Nzuzi Ndolomingo, the Federation's chairman.

Although he said he does not know the other candidates, he believes that his team are the favourites, judging by the administrative and sportive experience.

As regards the date of the election, Nzuzi Ndolomingo stated that the issue will be defined during the institution's general-assembly, set for August.
