Angola: Namibe - Tombwa Administrator Calls On Citizens to Preserve Environment

The municipal administrator of Tombwa, João Guerra, appealed Thursday to citizens to keep their township quarters clean, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the environment of the city.

The official said that during a meeting with the co-ordinators of the residents commissions.

João Guerra reminded that the lack of means to collect solid residues in the city should not deter citizens from taking care of their wards.

On the other hand, he manifested his satisfaction at the commitment of some wards co-ordinators in this city, to collaborating with the local administration in keeping the municipalities in good basic sanitation and clean.
