Angola: Under-17 Squad Defeat Petro in Training Match

Luanda — The national under-17 soccer squad defeated Petro de Luanda junior team by 4-2, at Catetão ground in Luanda, in a preparation game for the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP) games, scheduled for 26 July to 01 August in Brazil.

Tocalá, Meda, Bio and Nelo scored for the National team, while Chiló and Careca , scored for Petro.

At the end of the game, the national squad coach, Manuel Costa, manifested his satisfaction with the national team's achieving two victories at Petro's home ground.

He added also that he will reduce the group of 30 players to 23, as well as continue working to define the 16 player-squad for the CPLP Games.
