Another upset could be in the offing today when Rwanda takes on Tanzania in the final pool game of this year's ICC U-17 East African boys' tournament.

As Rwanda's youngsters walk onto Kyambogo oval this morning, they will have one thing at the back of their mind, 'to emulate their U-15s counterparts'.

Last year, Rwanda defied the odds by upsetting Tanzania during the U-15 regional boys' tournament, which was staged in Nairobi, Kenya under the auspices of ICC and Africa Cricket Association (ACA).

It was the shock of the tournament considering the fact Rwanda, who have an inferior ICC status and were only making their debut at the event.

"The mere fact that the U-15s did it last year gives us a good feeling that we can do it again," the U-17 team manager Emma Byiringiro said. The two countries go into today's match without a win from their opening two fixtures.

On Wednesday, Rwanda suffered a 10-wicket defeat against tournament favorites Uganda while Kenya register a 93-run victory over Tanzania.
