The President of Spain's autonomous community of the Principality of Asturias, Vicente Alvarez Areces, has reaffirmed the willingness of his region to invest in Angola, as well as to work so that the political ties be excellent.

Vicente Alverez Areces said so while speaking during an interview that took place in the Asturian capital city, Olvideo, adding that a business team is to come to Angola this month to lay the bases for businesses co-operation, in continuation of the work that started sometime ago.

The official added that investments should also enable that natural resources serve the country's development.

In his opinion, the investments should also include the qualification of national cadres, so that they can in a short term contribute to Angola's national reconstruction process.
