The media, youth and sports sub-commission of the National Assembly, Thursday in Luanda, analysed the draft law on the Social Communication Council, Campaign Advertising Period and Political Replication, tabled by opposition Unita party at Tuesday's session.

According to the Commission's chairperson, Cândida Narciso, the meeting was intended to analyse the proposals and design concerned reports with a view to their presentation to the MPs at the plenary session of Tuesday next week.

According to the MP, as to the National Communication Council (CNCS), as there are other initiatives with the same content, it would be appropriate to harmonise the three initiatives for the elaboration of a unique law.

As to the campaign advertising period and replication drafts, Candida Narciso said the aspects consecrated are already reflected on the existing laws, namely the electoral and press laws.
