Ghana: Bema-Tackie, Tettedze Win Republic Day Golf

Nana Bema-Tackie and partner, K. Tettedze won the Achimota Golf Club Republic Day golf, played at the club's Course last Tuesday. The pair fired an eagle, three birdies and five pars to compile a brilliant 75 gross or 53 points to win the encounter.

In the second place for the well patronized event, were the vice captain of the club, Mike Aggrey and partner Nana Adjei Duku, who also returned 48points.

In a supporting 9-hole encounter, club President, Mike Aggrey, who stood in for his captain Bob Evans, congratulated members for their huge turn out and commended the winners for their efforts.
