Nairobi — A plan to help Pan African Paper mills in Webuye cope with the high fuel and electricity charges is in the pipeline, a minister has said.
Industrialisation minister Henry Kosgey said that the firm, which manufactures paper and packaging materials, was unique in East Africa and efforts should be made to ensure that it does not collapse.
