A Junior Secondary School pupil of Kakua Secondary School in Bo Sunday became the ninth winner of Africell's Le 100 million cheque in the ongoing 2 billion Mega Prize draw.

The draw which took place on Sunday at the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Service attracted over a hundred Africell subscribers across the country.

The event's guest of honour, acting Director of Prisons, Moses Shawers lauded Africell for improving the lives of many Sierra Leoneans adding that, "the draw is transparent." He said the relentless work of the company cannot be over emphasized because they have made serious contribution towards the development of the country since they started operations in 2004.

Africell's Head of Marketing, Claudius Stack Davies said the company was committed to changing the lives of every Sierra Leonean.

"We are with the strong conviction that our subscribers are benefiting from the draw. We are loyal to our subscribers than any other mobile company in Sierra Leone," he said.
