As spokesperson for the 'Dream Team' said his side will emerge victorious on Friday before the election on Saturday, his counterpart from the incumbent Nahim Khadi-led group maintained they have already won the election.

The defend and attack game continued between both parties yesterday and Ishmael Sesay of the 'Dream Team' said the election will be theirs after they must have addressed and clarified relevant issues on the opening day of the congress on Friday, which will lead to their victory on Saturday, during the election proper.

"After dealing with issues, some of the stakeholders who are favouring Nahim Khadi and those who are still sitting on the fence will definitely join us.

"Nahim Khadi is no longer an issue to us. We are now focusing on how to put structures in place to start running the game in the best possible way," Sesay said.

On the other hand, Sorie Ibrahim Sesay (SIS) of Nahim Khadi camp, said they have already won the election before the very Friday Sesay mentioned adding that stakeholders already knew what the incumbent is capable of doing.

"As they are called the Dream Team, they will end up dreaming till the election is over. I am confident we are going for the second term which is no doubt," SIS noted.

Responding, Sesay said their winning will not come in any influential manner but because stakeholders and the entire football fans are in dire need of a change.

He went on to state that the Nahim Khadi-led executive have no structures in place in running football.

"There are no structures in the current executive. The activities reports, which is Nahim Khadi's reports card, has failing marks," he said and predicted that they are going to get a maximum of 34 votes out of the 49 that is expected to vote.
