Angola's Oil minister Desidério Costa Thursday ended a 24-hour visit to Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.

The Angolan minister was in neighbouring country at the invitation of the local minister of State and Hydrocarbons, Jean-Baptista Taty-Loutard.

Desidério Costa, who arrived on Wednesday in Brazzaville, was received on the same day by the Congolese President, Denis Sassou N'Gouesso, with whom he analysed the bilateral cooperation between both African States.

At the end of the trip, the Angolan Cabinet minister said that the two countries had strengthened the cooperation in oil sector, as the two nations are rich in oil.
