WITH the Open Championship just under way in the UK, Oh Tee Tee is a topical tip for tomorrow's eighth race at Turffontein and the four-year-old can sign in with another win.

The step up to a longer trip has seen this inmate of Gary Alexander's stable produce his best form, and the son of Albarahin can beat home War Zone and Mailon.

War Zone put in a fair effort last time when fourth behind Wisely over 1800m, and he should have no problem with tomorrow's 2450m trip.

There is no doubt that Mailon has his limitations, but the gelding's recent fifth behind Techno Rave puts him in the picture, and evergreen Man's Mood could run into the money in this sort of company.

Inquest has played his part this season for Steve Moffatt's small stable with a number of good runs including last month's win over Bull At The Gate and seconds behind Mr One-Eyed Jack and Anglo Saxon.

The five-year-old makes most appeal in the 1400m seventh race although this looks an open contest in which chances can also be given to Secret Sin, Virutas and Aussie-bred, Sudden Time.

A four-year-old son of Strategic, Sudden Time suggested another win was close at hand with his third behind Techno Rave and French Flyer and must be included in all exotic bets.

Bernie's Pride followed up a facile maiden win in a work-riders event with a reasonably promising next effort, and Paul Matchett's runner should be one of the main contenders in the sixth race.

His opposition includes recent maiden winner, Monarch, and he's one to be taken seriously on his handicap debut.
