Luanda — The Luanda International Trade Fair (FIL 2008) enters its fourth day of activities this Friday, with attention turned to the firms in the oil field, such as Sonangol, BP-Angola, Chevron, Angola-LMG, Galp, AgrinSul, among others.
In continuation of the event, this year celebrating the 25th anniversary of FIL, the oil firms are displaying innovations in the areas of exploration and prospecting, as well as other services in the areas of health and education.
The exhibitors have brought to Fil/2008- an event happening under the motto "Rehabilitation of infrastructures"- products of the sectors of civil engineering, information technologies, banking, light and heavy industry, beverages, foodstuffs, energy and gas, machinery, cars, insurance, clothing and footwear.
The foreign participation has this year been enriched by new exhibiting countries, such as Egypt, Zimbabwe, Singapore and the Philippines, and completed by companies from Spain, Brazil, Portugal, Germany, Italy, China, South Africa, Namibia, Ghana, Uruguay and the Netherlands.
Free entrance for secondary and higher education students is one of the novelties of this year's edition, so as to enable them to be in contact with the capital market, through the Angolan stock exchange, among other aims.
