The Nigerian Football Association (NFA), is dragging Ikechukwu Uche's club, Getafe FC of Spain and Vincent Enyeama's Hapoel Tel-Aviv to FIFA, due to the clubs' refusal to release the players for the Beijing 2008 Olympic games

The two players are among the three overaged players penciled by coach Samson Siasia for the Olympic Games holding in China next month

NFA spokesman, Demola Olajire disclosed that it is embarking on the action, so as to penalise the clubs in yielding to its demands, as the inclusion of the palyers in the team will further strengthen the team and boost Nigeria's chances of winning a gold medal in the football event

FIFA rules stipulate that the inclusion of three overaged players in the U-23 sides to represent their countries at the quadrennial sporting fiesta. The players are supposed to join others in Korea to blend in preparations before moving to China.
