Bujumbura — The diplomat Ambrósio Lukoki is to present this Tuesday, in Bujumbura, to Burundian President Pierre Nkurunziza, the credentials that will accredit him as extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Angola to this African country.
According to a press note received this Monday by ANGOP, the Angolan diplomat will be received in an audience today by the Burundian Foreign minister, Antoniette Batumubwia.
Ambassador Ambrósio Lukoki, whose permanent residence is in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, was already accredited, in the first fortnight of this month, in Kenya and the Seychelles.
The Angolan diplomat will afterwards travel to Uganda for the same purpose.
Ambrósio Lukoki is still expected to return to Kenya to be accredited at the United Nations System based in Nairobi, thus marking the last stage of his tour of some African countries for diplomatic accreditation.
