The first secretary of MPLA in central Bie province, Joaquim Wanga, on Tuesday highlighted the work done by churches in sensitizing the population to participate in next September 05 legislative elections.

Speaking to Angop, Joaquim Wanga considered as positive this gesture as it will contribute that all citizen can vote in the coming polls.

"We have been following up the work by churches in the province, since the electoral registration phase so far and we have noticed that they have accomplished their role", he said.

Over 8 million Angolan citizens will participate in the coming legislative elections.
