Namibe — Transports minister, Augusto Tomás, is in Namibe Province's chief town since Tuesday, where he already visited the local port, the Moçamedes Railway yard and Yuri Gagarine Airport.
In a statement to the press at the end of a two-day visit, Augusto Tomás said that he travelled to Namibe aiming at learning of the situation of main infrastructures of the sector in this south-western province.
He stated that there is a need to work hard with officials of the sector to successfully implement huge projects on the sector's agenda, under the national reconstruction programme, underway in the country.
