A carpenter Peter M. Bangura with cell number 077831693 Sunday became the 10th Africell subscriber to win Le 100 million in the ongoing Le 2 Billion Mega Prize draw.

Speaking at the draw which was held at the Sierra Leone broadcasting service, Africell's regional director for south and east Joe Abass Bangura said the company has covered 75% of the country.

He added that they would continue to provide affordable services for their subscribers.

He said it was their hope, as a responsible mobile company, to ensure that by end of 2008 to cover 25 areas that have not been reached by the company.

"We are not only concentrating on improving the lives of our valid subscribers but we are also contributing immensely to the country's development," he said.

Bangura said they hope to cover the entire country in the near future and added that subscribers should continue to recharge and increase their chances of winning.

Winner Peter M. Bangura of 7 Amputee Road in Kambia said it was a big surprise for him to have won such a huge amount from Africell adding that, "It is really a gift from God." "I will use the money to establish my own carpentry workshop. I have been suffering for tools for a very long time," he said.
