Hearts midfielder Laryea Kingston has impressed in his first game under coach Laszlo Csaba.

The Ghanaian player scored in his Scottish club's 6-0 win over German outfit Rheingau XI on Wednesday night.

Kingston, who is already known to coach Csaba because of his exploits with the Black Stars, converted a penalty to give him club a 3-0 lead.

Csaba left his post earlier this month as the coach of Uganda to coach Hearts and he is seeking to build his first team in their pre-season tour of Germany.

The Ghanaian player was already the club's key player before Csaba took over but he is seeking to maintain that place in the club.

His performance during the game has established him as the club's favourite but he must continue to impress to keep that position.
