Isaac Opeele Boateng has changed his mind about quitting coaching and says Tema Youth will be a stronger unit next season.
The self-styled special one of Ghana football who spent much of last season battling to avoid relegation had planned to quit coaching citing abuse from the public. But he says he had a change of mind and will carry on into next season.
We will not be shopping from the lower divisions, we will buy players from the top division
The first step in that he says is an extension of his existing deal for two years with Tema Youth.
And he is already set out what Tema Youth's transfer policy should be ahead of the new season.
"In the past we bought from the lower divisions, went through the opening stages of the season and struggled before reinforcing with some experience," he told KickOffGhana.com.
"We have decided that the best way to compete in the Premier League is to buy players with experience of playing at this level. So we will not be shopping from the lower divisions, we will buy players from the top division."
