Court proceedings have started at Nakawa High Court where two Buganda officials Medad Lubega and Betty Nambooze are appearing before Nakawa High Court Magistrate Deo Nzeimana.

Charles Peter Mayiga is alleged to have been taken to Buganda Road Court but he has not yet arrived there and his whereabouts are unknown.

KFM has also reported this morning that Buganda Attorney General, Apollo Makubuya has organised a team of seven lawyers led by David Mpanga, Charles Oponya, Elias Lukwago among others.

It is also reported that Medard Lubega and Betty Namboze arrived in court bare footed and Namboze is reported to be in a very poor health state.
