The proposed transfer of Delron Buckley to England is on the rocks after Premier League newcomers Hull City had a second bid for the left winger turned down.
Buckley's German club Borussia Dortmund have again told Hull they are not happy with a proposed offer for the 30-year-old Bafana Bafana flyer, who has made the chances of a move away from the former European champions even more difficult by working his way back into contention at the Bundesliga outfit.
Buckley's form at Dortmund since returning from a 10-day trial with the northern English club has seen him win a starting berth in Wednesday's 2-1 win over champions Bayern Munich in the German Super Cup.
Buckley played the first half of the game and is now clearly in new coach Jurgen Klopp's wish list.
He was also in fine form in a pre-season friendly at the weekend and without the right bid from Hull City could well now stay at Dortmund for another season, through to the end of his contract.
