Angola: Transports Minister Assesses Infrastructures in Soyo

The Angolan Transports minister, Augusto da Silva Tomás, left this Friday for Soyo City, in the northern Zaire Province, to learn about the functioning of the sector.
Speaking briefly to ANGOP, at Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, the government official said that he will diagnose the technical situation of Soyo City's port and airport.
The discussion on the functioning for the urban , inter-provincial and municipal collective transports is also included in the minister's work agenda, who is to return this Friday to Luanda.
The minister began the analysis of the state companies of the transports sector, in Luanda, last 8 May, with a visit to the Angolan Airlines (TAAG), then he went to the facilities of Luanda 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, Enana, Civil Aviation, Ghassist, Luanda Port, Luanda Railway (CFL), Sécil Marítima, Abamat and Unicarga.
In this ambit, the transports minister has already visited the provinces of Namibe, Huíla and Benguela.

His next visit is reserved for the northern Cabinda Province.
