Angola: President Dos Santos Thanks for Sympathy On His Sister's Death

Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos Friday here considered comforting and thanked for the condolences and sympathy messages from various institutions due to the passing away of his sister Isabel Eduardo dos Santos.

A press release of the Services of Assistance to the President of the Republic distributed, in Luanda, states that the Head of State thanks, in his personal name and of his family, the condolences messages from organs of sovereignty, of ministries, national and foreign diplomatic and consular missions.

Political parties, churches, NGOs, businesspeople and citizens, in general, also expressed their sympathy.

Isabel Eduardo dos Santos, elder sister of the Head of State, died of illness in Luanda last July 09.
