Mobile phone users are advised to protect themselves against electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones, bluetooth headsets and other telecommunications devices.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Biopro Technology Nigeria Limited, Sam Iheanacho said Friday in Abuja at the launch of Biopro products that some people are simply oblivious of the dangerous effects of the use of GSM cell phone, bluetooth headsets and other communication devices, without adequate protection.
According to him, there is total ignorance of the dangers posed by the use of electronic appliances which have come to stay in view of their role in making life easier. "It therefore behoves on mankind to find solutions to the associated health hazards.
He said people living closer to the telecoms masts and towers are worst affected with electro-magnetic waves that have enormous hazards to health, scientifically proven.
Iheanacho said driven by this challenge, the firm Biopro's extensive scientific research resulted in the production of two powerful, innovative and scientifically substantiated technology known as noise field nano-technology Molecular Effect Resonance Technology (MRET) and proprietary subtle Energy Resonance Technology (ERT)
He said the technologies come up with Cell Chip offers a groundbreaking and effective way to deal with the cumulative stress associated with living in today's electronic environment.
