Kampala — THE Parents' Brigade, an umbrella of parents concerned about the safety of children in schools, has started touring schools countrywide. Their three-month fact finding mission started on Wednesday at St. Peter's Primary school Nsambya.
It will involve a series of consultative meetings with teachers, non-teaching staff, students, local authorities and opinion leaders.
