Cameroon: MINRESI - Appointed Officials Commissioned

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, Dr Maurice Doube, presided at the ceremony.

It was a special day for the staff of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation last Thursdday. The event was the official commissioning of some 47 newly appointed officials of that Ministry. Friends, relatives and well wishers thronged the venue with bouquets of flowers to congratulate the newly appointed. The ceremony was presided at by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, Dr Maurice Doube. Speaking during the occasion, the Secretary General called on the newly appointed to keep working hard and respect the rules and regulations of the ministry. He urged them to be disciplined, have respect for the hierarchy, institutions and mutual respect for one another. The Secretary General used the occasion to thank the out going officials for the services they have rendered at the ministry over the years. He recommended the entire staff of the Ministry to welcome the newly appointed personnel and assist them as they carry out their new functions.
