A multi-sectoral delegation of the Communist Republic of Cuba, in Angola since Monday, has returned to Luanda from the central Benguela province.

The delegation, accompanied by Angolan Public Works minister, Higino Carneiro, on Tuesday travelled to Benguela, where they visited the Ophthalmologic Clinic, donated to Angola by the Cuban leader, Fidel Castro.

During the six-day visit to Angola, the delegation will work in the reinforcing cooperation in some important sectors such as construction, health and education, whilst contacts are set to take place at the military level, especially in technical aspects.

The Cuban deputy prime minister and his delegation will also meet with Angolan officials and Cuban community residing in the country.
