Ghana: Amofah Gears Up for Denmark

Ghanaian striker Mark Amofah, formerly with Bloemfontein Celtic, is looking forward to a successful career in Denmark after signing a two-year contract with Sonderjysk Elitesport recently.

Speaking from his hotel in Denmark this morning, Amofah tells KickOffGhana.com that he is settling in well with his new team, but is still waiting for his work permit to begin his football career in Europe.

"I never doubted in my ability and that one day I would make it to Europe. Today, I am living my dream in Denmark," he says.

"I'm enjoying myself but I am training hard and can't wait to play my first game for the team. My ambition now is to get into starting line-up so that I can also get a chance to play for my country."
