Norwegian club IK Start say they will be seeking to get "as high a price" as they can for Ghanaian international Anthony Annan.
Annan is due for a week of trials at Arsenal, according to IK Start Sports and media director, Svein Mathisen, amidst reports of interest from several clubs across Europe.
Annan spent last week on trials at Blackburn Rovers, but a deal could not be done with the English side unwilling to meet Start's 2.5-million Euro valuation of the Black Stars midfielder.
But Start say there have been no official offers for Annan yet, including one from Blackburn.
"No, we have not had any bids yet," said Mathisen. "Currently, it is only agents who have enquired about prices. We are demanding nothing though. We are awaiting bids and will of course get as high a price as we can."
Annan is keen to leave Norway for a bigger league, preferably England, but the absence of a firm bid and his club's huge evaluation may well mean another season in the Scandinavian country.
