Johannesburg — TALKS between Zimbabwe's ruling Zanu (PF) and the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) deadlocked last night, raising fears that negotiations for a new dispensation may be on the brink of collapse.
After four hours of talks, MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai stormed out of the meeting, saying to his rivals: "I do not understand the language you are speaking", a senior Zanu (PF) official told Business Day.
