Luanda — The Angolan national male squad, made up of players from the local first division league, continues working this Wednesday at Cidadela Stadium, in Luanda, to prepare for the August 20 FIFA friendly match, in Monastir, against Tunisia.
Led by Mabi de Almeida, assistant coach of Oliveira Gonçalves, the "Palancas Negras" are practising technical and tactical aspects.
The Angolan athletes will train until Thursday, the day scheduled for departure to Lisbon (Portugal), where they will join their colleagues based overseas.
The summoned players are Lamá , Santana, Job, Tunga and Jamuana (Petro de Luanda), Locó and Love Kabungula (1º de Agosto), Nuno and Jamba (ASA), Amaro and Vado (Benfica de Luanda) and Machado (Recreativo do Libolo).
This friendly match is also part of preparations for the game against Benin, in Cotonou, on September 07, qualifier for the African Nations Cup (CAN) and the World Cup, to happen in Angola and South Africa, in 2010.
