It will be a battle of 'new kids on the block' when the league resumes today at the Bugembe stadium in Jinja.
Kakira Sugar works will hope to redeem their fortunes when they face off with Bugerere FC in the only National Super League fixture on card. The Jinja based side has lost all its three opening games against Iganga (2-0), Police (1-0) and most recently SC Villa (4-1).
Kakira coach Timothy Ayeikoh however sounded optimistic saying that his players had since re-organised and are willing to fight and avoid losing anymore home fixtures.
"The boys have since stabilised. They are also coping well with the challenges that come with playing top flight soccer," said Ayiekoh.
And after an impressive start to the season Bugerere, will also hope to secure their first away points.
They have since slipped after an impressive 3-0 season opening win against Boroboro in Ntenjeru.
Top guns
Seven matches will be on card at various stadiums tomorrow. Defending champions KCC will be targeting to increase their lead at the helm when they entertain Iganga Town Council at Nakivubo.
SC Villa, Express and army side Simba SC will be the other sides in action against Sharing, Mbarara United and Victors respectively.
