Luanda — The launching of the new CD of the Angolan singer Filipe Mukenga, scheduled for next October, was postponed for November due to the unavailability of the producer, the Brazilian Zeca Baleiro, ANGOP learnt this Tuesday here from the musician.
Filipe Mukenga explained that the conclusion of his compact disc coincided with Zeca Baleiro's tour to Brazil.
The launching of the album, which will be denominated "Nós Somos Nós (we are us)", shall not follow the aspects foreseen by the producers, playing down the presence of Brazilian singers Martinho da Vila and Ivan, as special invited guests.
Filipe Mukenga said that the context of the CD reflects the culture of Angolans and his 45 years of musical career.
Peace and national reconciliation, aspects relating to civic and moral education, the spirit of socialisation, cultural values are others contained in the album.
Filipe Mukenga is the authors of CDs such as "Novo Som" (1991), "Kianda-Kianda" (1994) and "Mimbo Yami" (2003).
