Luanda — Angolan national men's soccer team is in Tunis to face on Wednesday its counterpart of Tunisia, in a friendly match of the FIFA date, to prepare both squads for the qualifiers of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) and World Cup, in 2010, to be held in Angola and South Africa, respectively.
The Angolan squad left Lisbon (Portugal) on Monday evening, where it was preparing for this encounter since last Friday.
On Monday, Angola carried out the last training at the Academy of Sporting of Portugal in Alcochete region, venue that served for trainings of the Angolans who are also known as the "Black Antelopes", during their short stay in Portugal.
In the Tunisian capital, the Angolan national team will recognise this Tuesday the National stadium's lawn, venue of the friendly match. The training will start at 04pm.
This is a preparation match foreseeing Angola's encounter against Benin, on September 07, in Cotonou.
The last match between both teams, played in CAN-2008, in Tamale (Ghana), ended goalless.
