Nairobi — Public relations consultant Gina Din-Kariuki was yesterday named Kenya Red Cross goodwill ambassador during a brief function at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Ms Kariuki has been an active player in humanitarian activities and has worked on various nationwide initiatives such as Operation Kenya for Kenyans and Operation Smile.
As an ambassador, she will be expected to attract donors and audiences to the work of the organisation.
