Ghana's pacy winger Haminu Dramani is closing in on a season-long loan deal with newly promoted English Premier League side Stoke City.
The 22-year-old arrived in England on Tuesday evening to train with the club ahead of a medical on Wednesday.
He is expected to seal the deal if he passes the medical as Stoke negotiates and tries to reach an agreement for with the player's club.
While Stoke City are insisting on a permanent deal for the youngster, Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow are keen on a loan offer before the deal is made permanent.
Dramani made his Ghana debut as a 19-year-old and has gone to make 27 appearances, scoring three times.
The former Hearts of Lions ace played for Genclerbirligi in Turkey before moving to Russian Cup holders Lokomotiv in a 3million euros deal.
Stoke will still be allowed to loan two players from Premier League clubs after landing Dramani as there are no limits on the amount of foreign loans a side can make.
