Namibia: Etosha School Tops Banking Competition

Windhoek — Etosha Senior Secondary School in Oshikoto Region recently clinched the second annual Bank of Namibia National High School competition and walked away with a cheque of N$50 000 for their school.

The competition hones learners' skills on banking matters with the hope that one day a learner pursues a career in the commercial financial sector. During the 30-day period of the competition, learners tackled each other on monetary issues in relation to the overall economy and the roles of the reserve bank.
